Day 20- 517 Days Remaining



I have been super disgustingly sick for the last week. I started out with the stomach flu and ended up with a nasty sinus infection... Needless to say the "Plan" hasn't been on the for front of my mind. I've been conscious of my eating or lack there of and will probably skip my Monday weigh in just because it wouldn't be right to count this Flu week even if it was a loss or a gain.

We did manage to hit the grocery store and buy some healthy eats since come hell or high water I will be making it back to the office on Monday.

I will try to come back and write up a meal plan for this week and a work out plan (I've been to sick to get on my bike :( )

Day 15- 522 Days Remaining

Wow yeah I have been a total blogging slacker... It was an incredibly rough week filled with a  lot of personal trials and tribulations... I won't go into detail but I will say that I stayed on plan 89.99%. I did not binge even when I ate at Cece's Pizza. I turned down cake at work twice so I could stick with the healthier option I had packed my self. Oh and I got a new-to-me Bike for FREE!!!!

I haven't been able to ride her aside from a trip down the hill since Old Man Winter has finally decided to show up here in Nashville. I am planning out my weekly work out to include Rhoda and some strength training.
